surrounded by
the best water
sports on the
lake. While on
other areas of
the lake, wind
chop and boat
wakes create
horrible
conditions for
skiing, the
water at Cricket
Creek Marina is
often glassy
smooth due to
the protection
provided by the
high hills
surrounding the
area. Skiers
from several
miles up the
lake come to the
Cricket Creek to
find these
conditions. As
most lakes,
conditions are
best in the
early mornings
and in the
evenings and
will vary
depending on day
of week.
Weekdays, skiers
can count on
excellent
conditions most
of the day.
